If you don't know what to make for breakfast - make porridge. Yeah, I'm talking about that grey-beige soggy thing made out of oats. I'm not really selling you on this thing yet huh? But let me tell you what, porridge is truly fantastic. It give you great stabilzed energy in the morning when you wake up, it's satisfying and it gives your stomach fibers.
Garnish with other delicious healthy ingredients (for flavor, for look and for getting all kinds of nutriton and energies from different kinds of sources) and you have a full complete breakfast.

Coconut Blueberry Porridge
1 dl rolled oats
1 dl oat milk
1 dl creamy coconut milk
A super small inch of salt
a pinch of real vanilla
Place the oats in a small saucepan together with the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil on medium heat. Stir so it doesn't stick in the bottom.
Serve and garnish with blueberries, peanut butter and/or tahini, oat milk, a little bit of agave syrup, coconut flakes and sesame seeds if you like.
