"We all have something we aren't completely happy with on our body, but the journey is about accepting these flaws.
After the car accident I was in 6 years ago, I hated my body. I punished it (myself) by working out waaaay too much (2 times a day. Almost only cardio) and by eating strictly small portions of food, which were at least half of the portions of food I eat today. But yes, today I stand on my bigger, but STRONGER legs, happy that I got thru that unhealthy lifestyle. Sometimes I wake up and aren't completely happy with my body, but I know I will be as long as a I continue to workout the way I do today (preferably strength) and by giving my body calories, nutrition, AND cheat meals now and then!
I've never posted a photo on myself wearing sport bra and yoga tights, but hey look at that - here I AM, posing like it was my job, in front of the mirror... With sport bra and yoga tights! ;) Accept yourself and you will find your confidence! "
