I eat low carb. I eat high carb. I eat low fat and I eat high fat. I eat protein, all kinds of vitamins, vegetarian, vegan and raw food. But I also eat gluten free, lactose free and sugar free. If I want to I can also eat white sugar, white flour, desserts and dairy. Because after all, all of these diets are included in what I call a balanced lifestyle.
On my blog I share my passion for healthy food - without restrictions and not connected to a specific diet. I share “100 different kinds of kitchen stories” because I believe in a balanced lifestyle.
